LEAD: From the Front
Director-led means that a significant majority of account handling and campaign delivery at Leader is undertaken by our most experienced communicators, supported by our multidisciplinary Hub (see below).
This is the reverse of the standard agency model where delivery is more often the responsibility of junior and mid-level staff, supported by senior colleagues.
At the heart of the director-led philosophy is a business culture which targets quality rather than growth or profit.
Our priorities are, and always have been, client service and excellent communications.
And we think that shows in the long-term relationships we build with clients, many having worked with us for ten years or more.
LEAD: By Design
The Leader Hub plays a vital role in the development and implementation of our services. A multidisciplinary team of digital, design and content specialists, The Hub supports all our directors with technical, creative and tactical campaign delivery.
LEAD: By Results
Measurement is at the heart of any work we do, with relevant metrics applied throughout all the different stages of activity. Using the purpose framework, we add specific metrics for activity that defines awareness | interest | desire | action, culminating in agreed actions – the specific measures of success for any campaign.
As communication is now predominantly digital, data from a range of sources can be fed into a dedicated Leader Engage dashboard to chart the progress of activity across the framework. Critically, it will also flag up any need to change and finesse activity if progress is not being made, or certain assets are underperforming.
