Within a decade REPL Group accelerated from a start-up enterprise to one of Britain’s fastest growing business success stories – a globally-recognised leader in the delivery of technology and process solutions for some of the world’s largest retail and supply chain companies.

Leader’s marketing team supported REPL through a crucial period in this journey as it doubled in size, launched new products and services, and established itself in important new markets and overseas territories.

Beginning with a marketing discovery project, we helped the company identify its core messages and customer propositions. We established a new brand identity designed to help it build on an already impressive customer base.

Over the next three years we provided an outsourced Head of Marketing function, as well as services including digital marketing, design and public relations. Initiatives including the launch of new divisions and products, marketing content strategies across key sales lines, and events designed to initiate and build user and customer groups.

In 2016 REPL’s outstanding export performance was recognised in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, and the company appointed its first full time Global Marketing Director.
