James Holden

MIoD Dip Dir Managing Director

James has more than 25 years experience as a PR and Marketing professional. He has particular expertise within the food and leisure and tourism industries having been lead consultant to Greggs, Warwick Castle and Blenheim Palace for many years. James gained the Institute of Directors' Diploma in company direction in 2007 and splits his time between running the Leader business and providing resource to senior colleagues in their client work.

Marc Sanderson

DipM MCIM, Marketing Director

Marc is an experienced communicator, strategist and Chartered Marketer, with a background across a wide range of disciplines including marketing, PR, internal communications and journalism. He has worked both consultancy and client-side, in sectors as diverse as construction, manufacturing, ICT, logistics, education, business services and public sector / not-for-profit.

Gerry Vincent

PR Director

Gerry has delivered award-winning campaigns both in-house, and at some of the country’s top PR consultancies including Porter Novelli. She has been Head of PR and Communications for WHSmith News; Head of PR Consultancy BANC, overseeing accounts including John Lewis and Oxfam; and Director of PR for international branding agency Lloyd Northover. While her sector experience is wide, she focuses particularly on B2B and corporate, particularly for environmental clients.

Tom Grocott

PR Director

Tom heads up Leader's consumer PR and digital marketing team. He's been working in PR for 10 years now and is proud to be one of the early PR degree graduates in the UK.

Kevin Roberts

Creative Director

Kevin is a multi-award winning creative director who can draw upon an extraordinary breadth of experience. He has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of market sectors, with responsibilities ranging from creative development to production and project management. Before joining Leader he worked as a board director at one of the world’s largest advertising agencies.

Neil Clarke

Design Director

Neil is a talented and creative graphic designer and web engineer who has been responsible for some of Leader's most exciting and effective design projects. A graduate in graphic design, Neil delivers technical expertise alongside creative flair – a combination of qualities that are rarely found in one individual.
