Leader launch IoD Master Classes with the Birmingham Post

Leader is pleased to have helped the Institute of Directors team up with the Birmingham Post to launch a series of recession-busting master classes.

The master class will be presented by Jean Pousson, Programme Director of Director Development at the Institute of Directors in the West Midlands. His banking experience saw him appointed director of studies at the TSB Group Management College, and includes 15 years at Barclays Bank, and several management positions in the retail and corporate banking sector.

As part of his role at the IoD Jean is responsible for its director development programme which helps directors to understand their roles and responsibilities within a challenging and dynamic economic climate. Leader is proud to be working with Jean and the IoD to raise its profile across the West Midlands.

  • Understanding the true nature of cash flow

  • Causes of failures Alternatives to insolvencies, receivers and administrators
  • Emphasising cash flow ratios as opposed to asset cover

The master class will be introduced by Alun Thorne, business editor of the Birmingham Post who will also be available for questions and discussion.
