Every consumer is unique and every product is different, so we take the time to understand your consumer and develop a marketing plan to best reach them. Traditional marketing techniques offer an extremely effective way to target specific groups of consumers and tailor your message specifically to them.

The marketing team at Leader has worked on campaigns for some of the UK’s best known brands and for small to medium sized businesses alike. The principles are often the same but the approach can be very different. Sometimes we operate as an outsourced marketing department which will helps advise on strategy as well as implementation. And other times we work as part of a wider team which is made up of various different agencies all tasked with specific jobs.

So whether you need a full service marketing solution which takes advantage of our PR, design, and marketing teams, or you want to buy into a specific service, we can help you and your business grow.

Island Delight Spicy Slices

Case Study 1:
Island Delight

To support the product launch Leader developed a plan which involved traditional and online media relations, sampling activity at Notting Hill Carnival and hot sampling activity in Notting Hill. The team also developed an on-pack competition which linked into a data capture system on www.island-delight.co.uk.

No More Doghouse

Leader helped develop the brand, including the name ‘No More Doghouse’ which was aimed at forgetful men who would never have to spend the night in the doghouse after forgetting a birthday or anniversary.

As part of the activity Leader instigated a guerrilla leafleting campaign which saw promotional staff running around London in torn suits proclaiming “it doesn’t have to come to this!”

The Bostin Bunch

Case Study 3:
Bostin Bunch

We developed a package of activity which included an innovative kids club called ‘The Bostin Bunch’ which was aimed at families in the West Midlands. The campaign included direct mail, an incentive scheme, dedicated website, advertising and a special event.

The campaign was hugely successful and attracted families from across the region. The Bostin Bunch website still receives thousands of visitors and continually gets requests from kids to join the club.
